I will tell you I am the least garden savvy person, which may come as a surprise as my Mother is the Queen of flowers and my Dad grows some plentiful gardens many years going. I would like to think I have a few cards playing against me: the sheer factor it is crazy hot here in Arizona is a wild card. This whole situation has me hoping I can keep the plants alive long enough to bare fruit, because did I tell you I want to convince my husband to grow a bigger garden in my backyard.
But look at these little plants! They are the cutest little guys and I am so excited!
I also had a little partner who helped make this whole process even more exciting! It will be an adventure to come out each day and water the plants. My own children grow like weeds, surely I can grow some peppers!
Our household is definitely ready to have Fall weather here. This morning the kids and I went to a local park and just needed to get in some fresh air and move around a bit. Being at home all week long, I really need to get out in nature every day to rejuvenate. Anyone else in the same boat? I really need it to cool down so I can take (drag some days) Nova and Owen hiking.
I am going to go sit on my patio, in the small little corner with just enough space of shade, admire my pepper plants because they look pretty darn beautiful (enjoy it while it lasts!) and enjoy this Saturday.
Happy Fall Ya'll!
